I am a certified yoga teacher whose passion is to provide awareness and knowledge about the many healing benefits of yoga.

My yoga guided practice is designed with to meet your needs, create accessibility to all yoga has to offer, and to provide a sense of relief and calm to your body and mind. Here you will find balance and peace while working on healing from the inside, out.

Life is ever changing and here at Gentle Waves Yoga, no matter what level or experience, we will work together as a yoga community. We will work together to make monumental shifts in your health, body and soul.
